@LibertyD8 @StMcC90 @eir It’s a shambles! I think Eir need to give some sort of monetary compensation for this. Even small as it’s such bad PR not to acknowledge their bad service and make some sort of gesture than an empty “we’re sorry”.

@JohnoconnorM @eir I spoke to Eir CC on the phone this morning. Issue with credit control and a large number have been disconnected in error. They told me they hope to have it resolved by end of day but can’t confirm that… it’s a f*ck up by them! 🙈
Was worried they’d been hacked 🤔
