On 17th Nov. CoE Committee of Ministers adopted 2nd Additional Protocol to the Budapest Convention. To be opened for signature in May 2022. Will be interesting to see how this will progress, esp. wrt EU countries. #CoE #Cybercrime #BudapestConvention
