@chilternrailway Being hydrated wasn’t the problem. It was being on a train which had carriages with no air con, which then broke down at Banbury and chucked everyone out in 32 degrees.

@chilternrailway Reading this on a commuter train with 4 carriages, people on the floor and not standing room because you cancelled the one before .. perhaps you should concentrate on actually running one service properly first.
