@DropboxSupport Nope, all the files that it wants to sync are PowerPoint files and I don't even have PowerPoint open. I'm on a Mac, if that makes any difference. Short of removing the files from my laptop, any suggestions?

@StaplesStores I ordered it online and picked it up in store. The order clearly showed a full-bleed preview (below) AND the product description said "Our brochures and flyers are available in gloss or matte stock" so I don't understand how this happened. It's not even CENTERED.
