@SamSch1971 Even if the books were abridged versions, I'm not convinced that's doable, and appreciate what you'vr read.
I know there are speed readers, I've looked into the techniques, they're not fun. But I think 1000 speed reading would be tough.
Maybe it's a shoot for the moon type thing

I'm being a bit quiet this #NaNoWriMo - both on social media and in word counts, I've hurt my back and it's a constant source of pain and consternation.

@lipscolmbe @WritingRobot Weirdly, I kind of admire the writers on soap operas, years and years of history to try and manage, two or more shows a week, multiple story lines, they have to cater to avid and casual viewers, everyone's position within a conflict has to be re-iterated without being repetitive
