This weekend I learned of the passing of one of the first friends I've met through gaming.

Patrick Dane was an excellent games writer with so much enthusiasm for this world. He was also so genuinely warm, kind, and impossibly funny.

Hug your pals ♥️

My time with Activision/Blizzard/Microsoft has come to an end. So proud of the work we accomplished, and I learned so much from so many of the best coworkers I’ll ever have. Will genuinely cherish the memories.

Onto something new 🤙

I’ve seen enough “deactivated account” on Slack for one lifetime. Entire books could be written about the efforts and passion of the folks who were laid off today, and I hope wherever they’re off to next they are valued and given the resources to nurture their limitless potential

@PizzaPenguin_ So deserved!

NEW - Voice actor @VictoriaAtkin worked hard to record the voice of Evie Frye in 2015's Assassin's Creed Syndicate

Then, this year, a modder used AI to steal her voice and make Evie voice all of Skyrim

This is what voice actors are afraid of
