@VerizonSupport I believe we were told after 3 years the device would be paid off and the extra amount we are paying for the line would go away. We’re still thinking through our options. This just doesn’t feel right. Why the purposeful confusion?

Disappointed with @Verizon's deceptive practices. Yesterday, my wife was assured by a store associate her bill would only increase by $11 after getting a new iPhone & Apple Watch. Shockingly, our bill skyrocketed by $60! 1/3
