@Citibank is a fraud and they do not care about their customers. Be careful if you’re banking with them. I had my card fraudulently ran and they did nothing but write me nasty emails. So, now I have to pay a large bill for something that NEVER happened. Good luck with them.
@Verizon@ibarraesq It happened to me too!!! They sold me “deals” that didn’t include what I needed. Then, had to change my package and they charged me when their sales team is CLUELESS!!!!!
Worst customer service. @VerizonSupport no one knows what they are talking about and they overcharged me on 4 activation fees. Be careful when moving from @ATT to @Verizon

What customer service by @UNTUCKit they knew people would be ordering Christmas gifts early so extended the return period. Now that’s customer service!

@Uber_Support They did and she lied and said she didn’t have it. They also don’t have a phone number on file to contact her. I’m sure she’s done this before! It’s terrible that you employ someone who steals.
@Uber_Support My sisters bf was in one of your Ubers. He left his phone in the car and turned in a support ticket. After 5+ emails to support we finally were given her number which doesn't work. knowing this person is out driving around and won’t return it is very unsettling.
