Still, caution: there is a difference between living for money and being valued enough, which is often neglected in public research, using as a pivot our (free) passion to explore.

After 120h of classes, here is what the Spanish system taught me:

✔️ Working in pairs highly enhances students' inclination for asking questions

❌ Continuous evaluation through small tests in each class, however, hinders empowerment
