Executive Director, Youth Services Bureau of Ottawa | Dg, Bureau des services à la jeunesse, and VP, Mental Health and Addictions, CHEO tweets are my own
@Rogers your service and communication sucks. Our neighborhood has experienced large scale and intermittent disruption for a month. We have not received a single proactive notification that would allow us to plan ahead.
Today is a good day for Ontario’s children and youth. Thank you @fordnation and @SylviaJonesMPP for today’s historic investment of $330M across the children’s health sector, including in child and youth mental health. This will serve kids and families now and into the future.
Happy Birthday https://t.co/IPaqaaaily! For two years we've helped children, youth and families connect with the right mental health, addictions and substance use health care when they need it. To many more!
My beautiful sis, Sara Richardson Roque, died today at sunrise.
Her generosity, creativity, fierceness, brilliance and laughter inspired so many in the arts and beyond…May her vision live on and may her journey be peaceful.
Grateful for the compassionate care provided by colleagues, the support and love of friends, the healing and guidance of Elders.
Well, that's a wrap! I started my last day @ysb_bsj today like this and ended it with the most amazing people waving me off! What an amazing ride and looking forward to the next chapter @CHEO until Aug.
https://t.co/IPaqaaaily nurses go into schools to meet kids and youth where they are. This valuable team works to improve the futures of kids and youth and https://t.co/IPaqaaaily supports the future of nursing! #OurNursesOurFuture#InternationalNursesDay#KidsComeFirst
Happy Nurses Day to all the dedicated and compassionate nurses, especially those working tirelessly in our programs at YSB.

I had the opportunity to learn from Tania one of the Mental Health & Addictions Nurse (MHAN). Tania has dedicated her nursing career to supporting children, youth and their families facing mental health, addictions and substance use health. #NursingWeek2023#ThankYou

Wow! I can express the debt of gratitude to my peers at NOSSA! I'm extremely honored to have received the @OFSAA Pete Beach Award. Throughout my career, I've had the best mentors and co-workers working at the best school! Even better that @22pat made the presentation!

Question: if these bodies thrown in the garbage were white women instead of Indigenous women, would somebody actually give a damn? Cuz nobody does now … nary a peep. No uproar. Nada. https://t.co/Tdj54dlyzX
