Hey @AmericanAir you rebooked a flight for my wife and I last week, downgraded us from FC to economy & added 10 hours to our travel day. A $39 refund per ticket doesn’t do much justice. Then your rep tells me I have to reply to the refund email…which doesn’t receive email! 🤦‍♂️
