@APompliano Bitcoin remains as it always was simply a vehicle for money laundering, tax evasion and market manipulation, with a few lucky ordinary people able to play it and win.
@vegasstarfish@AlaskaAir It has always been so damn easy for me to reach Alaska Air, I love flying with them for the last 35 yrs. And customer service agents are real people, nice people who genuinely want to help. I am so surprised to read this. (No I donβt work for them, none of my family do!)
@RepDonBacon Not simply "stringing him along". The whole plan is Trump gets to look like he is trying to help, Putin gets to not show the world how Russia has financially supported Trump ever since 1991 when his business was ready to collapse and no bank in the world would lend him any money.
@adamscochran MD here. Many diagnoses fit these observations, as well or better than your idea. Disc/stenosis can explain gait, Parkinson's with very mild tremor facial observations, fragile skin of elderly & IV line infiltration bruise last week. But yes he has a dx we don't yet know.
@madrid_mike Anesth doc here, Mike. That's not spackle. It's an IV line leaked into subQ tissues, that's why on little finger side it is bordered by the vein sort of being a levee keeping it from moving more towards that side. Question is what meds leaked, minor or important med?
@gtconway3d@grok Likely an IV line infiltrated at area that is bruised near knuckle. A little bleeding and whatever was being infused spread into subQ tissues. See how vein blocks it from spreading farther towards little finger side of hand? Was it important or minor infusion, we don't know?
@atrupar My guess as a former anesth...simply looks like an IV line infiltrated, starting at area of bruise near the knuckle, with an infusion of something. Could be anything from minor to an important health concern no way to know with only this much info.
@NoContextHumans Wow just charge all of us small fraction of that, get rid of the tollgates, save us all the future ongoing costs of the public employee toll collectors salaries, benefits, workers comp costs and pensions.
We can be community sharing in "user fee" tolls, hunt/hike permits, etc.
@ianbremmer As long as we are trying to be Trump's mind-readers, perhaps just as much evidence for the idea to look like I'm really trying to help--with the true important end result/real goal to keep Ukraine from winning and delay any increase in pressure on Russia?
@silentweapon338@NatalkaKyiv Ukraine has fought to resist horrific Russian attacks for more than 300 yrs. Russia has done more to attack us since WWII in more ways and at more times by far than any other country. It is very much in an America First selfish interest to see Ukraine survive and defeat Russia.
@BillKristol Not only that but if it is funded through taxes you don't need turnstiles, ticket machines, ticket collectors, the salary benefits and pensions of ticket collectors etc. Saves a lot of the cost assoc with ticket process.
@dansenor@Nadav_Eyal@AmitSegal I have learned so much on your podcast. I'd love to hear you and your guests discuss if and how you see Israel's and Ukraine's battles for survival intersecting. Are each more secure if the other also is? Or unrelated? Please!
@DemocraticWins @saveusaid If Biden would have given Ukraine enough support to win the war, he would perhaps have been r elected or secured the victory for another Dem. Not to mention he shirked our role in Budapest memorandum guarantee for Ukraine.
@Breelee420@PACRiseUp I'm sorry you had to do this! Pharmacy has no right to chart notes.
If I can offer ideas as older doc who has these conversations, I say I appreciate their help, tell them it's cancer pain, no misuse, pharmacy query shows that, etc, sometimes ask their name to put into chart.
