@DexeNetwork The team is still actively building and delivering actual governance tools on mainnet. Keep shipping product updates and price action will eventually take care of itself.
@johnthanhdn@EpicOnChain@Zebec_HQ Using it for payment sounds good on paper, but why force users to trigger taxable events and gas fees at checkout when they can just pay in USDT/fiat? Holding $EPIC to unlock discounts creates permanent buy demand and locks up supply, spending it just turns it into an auto dump.
@GaijinNoYakuza@EpicOnChain No incorrect, If holding $EPIC cuts 30% off a $1,000 booking, the token just generated $300 in immediate, real-world value for the user. That’s direct financial utility without ever needing to touch the principal asset.
@GaijinNoYakuza@EpicOnChain People spend BTC, ETH, XRP, USDT, Fiat and they hold EPIC to get up to 30% off those bookings.
It’s a discount/yield engine for the ecosystem, not a settlement coin. Holding it gets you the perks - spending it at checkout would just trigger instant sell pressure.
@COPX16888888 @OliFeldmeier Its not for everyone, read the announcement properly, only those who bought and hold before the attack will be compensated 1:1 with the new token. Those that bought after the hack, they say they will offer a good will gesture but details are not given.
@Griffin_AI@OliFeldmeier What about those that purchased after the hack, is there any further info about what the goodwill gesture will be? I bought some GAIN before the hack and some after to lower my buy average and did not sell before trading stopped. My tokens are on Kucoin.
