After alerting TTE, he fined the near passenger in Balasore station.

@RailMadad 3. after compliant was raised the official informed TTE and TTE came back to fine him, which he did in Balasore.
Bribery has zero-tolerance but coordination was amazing..

Train # 22641, though my front seat is vacant until Shalimar as per current chart , there's a passenger who came & occupied & said TTE has allocated that seat
If TTE has allocated that seat, why not reflecting in current chart?

5th time ordered and still no response... After multiple escalations to @bigbasket_com , they failed to resolve the delivery failure..
