Posting this on 4th November where it is still showing 3rd November as the delivery date on the app. What do I even say at this point?

Was supposed to receive it on 2nd November before end of the day but it was delayed to 3rd, stuck on that date. Have called 4 times to your helpless customer care executives who just promise a faster delivery. Still not delivered.

@Apollo24x7 You guys don't even take note of the feedback and take care to not repeat it again. Previously too, another order got delayed and directly cancelled due to some ground level operational issue and that too without any intimation at all. And more delays previous times.

@Apollo24x7 The same medicines which you claimed to be not available during the procurement process would be available at the store. Despicable delivery and customer service at the cost of customer's health. Even the refund process is a hassle and time taking.

@Apollo24x7 This raises serious concerns on how effective Apollo's communication is with its network of pharmacies in the location nearest to the customers. You claim that there's no stock availability in the store nearby but if we cancel and go to the store Directly, we get those medicines

@Apollo24x7 No resolution whatsover despite me calling your customer care 5 times in 2 days, despite explaining the urgency of the medicine requirement and even when we have prepaid for the orders. Refund will take time. Delivery is taking even more time.

@Apollo24x7 @ApolloPharmacy having an Apollo circle membership with good discounts on apps also doesn't guarantee a timely delivery. Just days of endless delays until we are finally fed up and cancel it and get it directly from the store

@Apollo24x7 @ApolloPharmacy the order is prepaid and even the cancellation and refund itself would take 24-72 hours to reflect. There are 3 apollos within a few hundred metres from my area and somehow, Apollo cannot communicate with the nearest store to our location.

@Apollo24x7 @ApolloPharmacy i keep requesting for a callback from a supervisor or senior and I keep getting time frames (within the next 1-2 hours) but no call backs either. Why do you advertise yourself as delivered in 3 hours/minutes when you're delaying for days?

@Apollo24x7 @ApolloPharmacy i keep getting the same script that my concern is being escalated to high priority, will be resolved soon but to no avail. We've been facing this delay issue from the last 4-5 times. Any other thing would've been fine but it's the question of medicines
