@JoyceCarolOates The best biopic I've seen -- and I generally hate biopics -- is "Rocketman," which cast Taron Egerton as Elton John. The story worked despite the fact Egerton looks nothing like Elton and sang the songs with his own voice, which sounded nothing like Elton's in any of his eras.
