If you look into the community forums on their website, they offer nothing but basic power cycling, and anything beyond that is referred to private support where we have no idea what they do or say.

I'm not playing that game, and I'll post whatever I find about fixing these.

So I'm willing to admit when I was wrong. Promethean approved my post on the community forums.

I'm still curious about the fact that there is no actual tech support available to regular people. Once these units are 'End of life' it's just trash and destined for landfills.

I found the culprit on the ActivPanel 6 86" Touchscreen display. Crystal Oscillator looked blown, leaked out and seemed stuck down onto the PCB.

Got two with the same issue, maybe it's an easy fix.

@EmbarkStudios These are my thoughts on your recent update. I'd be happy to sit down with someone and talk about it.

The durability changes were tone deaf and overboard. Sure maybe a 25% for grey, 15% for green, 5-10% blue increase would have been fine. But now we are finding broken guns for loot, AND having to repair every raid.

oh... And if we fight a bunch of Arc until Free Kit Freddies start showing up, that gun is gonna be toast, making us an easy target.

Add the photo nerf, 2x would have been fine, but nope, 4x, make it useless.

Two new underwhelming 'fall items' when you could have just made the torn parachute 'useable'. Would have been more usefull than the 'jet pack'. I've seen dudes with broken chutes falling slower IRL than the descender does in game.

You did one kinda good thing, and buffed the Betina, honestly surprised you didn't just nerf everything else down to its level.

Oh! AND you broke the grenade throw click/animation timing, and now you can literally windmill your arm while never throwing a single nade.

I feel Amazon vibes, New World is ringing in my ears and you don't seem to be doing logical things here. I have been a tester, gamer, exploit hunter and mechanics nerd since I was making rulesets for Army men in the sandbox with a piece of paper and the Yahtzee dice. I'm willing to help, if you're willing to listen.
