Hi amazon, I bought 2 TVs, got it delivered, the installation guy did not install the other TV because the request was not made. so in Amazon app one cannot add two installation services for same address, now my 2nd TV is lying around the hall.

Support executive told me to wait till end of the day on this, even that didn't happen.

Just to show that It wasn't my fault. They said I had to call and book for the same.
I have booked for installation now that will happen 2 days later.

Now on enquiring why this happened they said I had to add another installation service, which I couldn't do as per app.
So I tried adding 3 TVs and 3 installation service it didn't happen also by amazon call support people.(screenshot)

I can comment but it's is very hard while editing part of a comment, this happens when I drag select a word or double tap a word to change spelling.
