It's honestly so simple.
Just heal your family trauma, regulate your nervous system, break your addictions, repair your attachment style, reparent your inner child, and develop a spiritual practice that dissolves the boundaries between self and other.
I found a very beautiful Bible verse.❤️
NAHUM 1 :9
There will come a time when that problem won’t bother you again, not because you forgot, but because God ended it once and for all.
One day, you will pay school fees, hospital bills, and salaries.
You will stay awake calculating figures while others sleep peacefully.
It is the day you will realize your father carried a weight you never understood.
Now it is your turn,
The burden is heavy, but it is SACRED.
Your FATHER carried it, now carry it for your son.
1. Planner approves building
2. NEMA clears environmental impact
3. NCA approves construction
4. Developer builds
5. County fails to maintain drains
6. Citizens dump garbage
7. Rain comes Nairobi becomes Budalangi.
Everyone has a responsibility here...
Mainly because of ;
1. undersized culverts and drains
2. blocked stormwater channels
3. high impervious surfaces (tarmac, concrete) increasing runoff
4. encroachment on natural waterways like the Nairobi River.
Not to sound delusional, but please pray for grace. Life isn't really about hard work. It's more about meeting the right people, grace, mercy, and favour.
Men,
Always remember this,
When a MAN calls other MEN to gather together in the moonlit village ground,
— it is not because of the moon.
Every man can see it in his own compound.
We come together because it is good for MEN to do so.

Bro to bro: Don’t ever think you’re untouchable. Life can humble anyone-sickness, death, a job gone. In the blink of an eye, everything can change. Tables turn. That’s how crazy life gets. Always pray, stay humble, be thankful.
Heavenly Father, thank you for this new day. As we come to the close of this month, we thank You for Your grace, protection, and provision. Forgive us where we fell short, renew our strength, and guide our steps into the new month ahead. Bless everyone. Amen!
Irrespective of what stage you are in life, always have a project - small or big - you are working on.
You could be working towards your college certification, or incubating an app or software.
You are building a house, saving to start a business or invest in a high yield fund.
Just do something that will compound your skills and money.
When Adam ate the fruit and God came to him, God found him hiding.
God asked, “Adam, where are you?”
Adam replied, “I heard You in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; so I hid.”
Then God asked him a powerful question:
“Who told you that you were naked?”
Numbers 13:33, when Moses sent spies to scout the Promised Land, they went and came back with a report. This is what they said:
“We saw the giants, the descendants of Anak… and we were like grasshoppers in our own eyes, and so we were in their eyes.”
Pause there. God did not call them grasshoppers.
God did not reduce them. God did not label them as small or weak. That description came from their own fear.
The pattern is the same in both stories. Adam hid because he accepted a voice that produced shame. The spies retreated because they accepted a voice that produced inferiority.
Never listen to a voice that makes you hide, shrink, or disqualify yourself. If it did not come from God. Fear always lies about who you are before it defeats you in life.
Before you step back, give up, or lose confidence, ask the same question God asked Adam:
Who told you?
What is 'INTEGRITY' ?
A Woman Walks Into A Butchery Just Before Closing and Asks, "Do You Still Have Chicken?"
The Butcher Opens His Deep Freezer, Takes Out The Only Chicken Left and Puts It On The Scale, And It Weighed 1.5 kg.
The Woman Looks At The Chicken and At The Scale And Asked, "Do You Have One That's a Bit Bigger Than This One?"
The Butcher Puts His Only Chicken Back Into The Freezer, and Then Takes It Out Again, But This Time When He Puts It On The Scale; He Craftily Keeps His Thumb on The Scale Pan And The Scale Now Showed 2 kg
"That's Wonderful," Said The Woman. "I'll Take Both Chickens, Please!"
In a Situation Like This, You Realize That Your Integrity and Your Reputation are on The Line. Your Wisdom Becomes Foolishness and Your Cunning ways Become Stupidity.
As I Write This, The Butcher's Head is still Inside The Big Deep Feezer Looking For The First Chicken 🐓

Heavenly Father, As we step into this new month of December, unite our hearts in gratitude and hope. Fill us with Your peace that surpasses understanding, guide our steps, deepen our love for one another, and draw us ever closer to You. Bless us all. Amen!
Men,
I see you. I see the pressure you carry silently, the expectations resting on your shoulders before you even take your first step in the morning.
I understand the struggle of trying to be strong for everyone while fighting battles inside your own mind. I understand how heavy it feels to bear the title of “man” in a world that demands resilience from you, even on days when you feel completely worn out.
Many of your sacrifices go unnoticed. Many of your efforts fade into the background as if they were never made. You show up for others, you build, you protect, you give, yet most days no one pauses to ask how you are doing.
At the same time, the number of men losing their lives to suicide continues to rise. It’s heartbreaking to see so many brothers suffering quietly because the world has convinced them that speaking out makes them weak. No, you are not weak. You are simply being human. The world is not blind; it’s just too slow in giving men the compassion and understanding they deserve.
But even in that silence, you are not alone. Every man carrying an unexplainable weight stands beside another who knows exactly what that weight feels like. And together, gentlemen, we will rise. Together, we will overcome.
Your dreams matter. Your vision matters even more. Every plan you have for your life, every future you're fighting for, every ounce of greatness already visible in your mind—you're going to reach it. Do not listen to the voice telling you that you are failing. Do not let the pressure convince you that you are not enough. You have survived too much to give up now.
There will be days when life feels unfair and everything inside you urges you to walk away from your purpose. But hold on. Things will change. The tide will turn. What feels heavy today will not stay heavy forever.
Always remember, a King does not bow to the chaos around him. A King learns, adapts, rises, and keeps going. And so, my brother, do not bow to the weight, the fear, or the hopelessness.
Stand. Breathe. Keep moving because your story isn’t finished.
Happy International Men’s Day.
