🔥🚨 BREAKING — The Venezuelan illegal alien ICE shot in Austin on September 20 just got federally charged with assaulting a federal officer.

Wilber Rafael Garcés Pérez already had a final order of removal.

Prosecutors in the Western District of Texas say he forced the window shut, took off, and struck an ICE officer in the torso with the side-view mirror, then ran a high-speed chase through the city. He took a round in the upper back.

In his own interview, he admitted he knew they were immigration officers, admitted they told him not to move the car, and admitted he drove anyway.

That is not a victim story. That is 18 U.S.C. § 111 after a lawful stop.

Democrats spent a week selling “don’t comply.”

The affidavit sold the opposite. Charge him, finish the removal, and stop pretending the agent fired first in the narrative.
