@TheCriticalDri2 I'd say there's a higher likelihood of you going sober. Just kidding, I love your work. Maybe do a livestream from the bar when it opens? Make sure to get a shot of someone vomiting on the carpet in the background.
Deep in his notebooks, Leonardo da Vinci had a mind-blowing idea:
That the human body is a scale model of Earth.
And that's just the beginning — his theory will change the way you see everything… 🧵
@TheCriticalDri2@Sargon_of_Akkad Wow, you've managed to capture a good chunk of the landscape in Ottawa (Canada). Nothing says government town more than dehumanizing architecture.
@dment37 I found it easy to approach this question when I remembered that the area of a right isosceles triangle is s^2/4, where s is the length of the hypotenuse.
@physicswithmcp Interesting. I also use a three-prong clamp for my laser, but my students always complain that the beam moves around too much (they are right).
I designed very simple mirror mounts (with zero degrees of freedom) last year and they're okay, but I always want better.
The results of this year's mousetrap car race are in! The winning car in the afternoon class travelled 30.6 m [fwd], while the winning car in the morning class travelled 44.3 m [fwd]! #Physicsforeverybody
@JJ_McCullough In addition to the single player games, Ultima Online was one of the early MMORPGs, with a massive following.
Either way, the series is worth getting on GOG.
@JJ_McCullough Visually, Ultima is similar to early JRPGs, like Dragon Quest. I think that the philosophy of the game was deeper, and, starting with Ultima IV, the cast of characters immense. For me, Ultima VI was the high water mark, although a lot of fans prefer Ultima VII.
