When we look at other school systems that some people claim are better than ACPS, we see they use staggered terms.

I'm looking forward to presenting on staggered terms for @ACPSk12 school board members. We have a real problem of superintendent and school board turnover in #AlexandriaVA every 3-years, which impacts staff. The good news is that we can do something about it.
