Malema may be out on bail, but his political career is already behind bars.

In this state of purported freedom, he's just a defendant. Under South Africa's Constitution, a sentence of over 12 months means a loss of his seat in Parliament, effectively stripping him of his legislative power.

This conviction sidelines him just as new political alliances are shifting the country's direction, potentially making him a liability for any future Government of National Unity or coalition.

Delaying jail isn't the same as being innocent, it's an illusion of liberty for a man whose international standing is crumbling under the weight of his own lawlessness.

A leader who spends his days navigating legal loopholes has no serious career left, only a long, slow walk toward the inevitable.

South Africa won’t allow Starlink to be licensed, even though I was BORN THERE, simply because I am not Black!

We were offered many times the opportunity to bribe our way to a license by pretending that a Black guy runs Starlink SA, but I have refused to do so on principle.
