Using 3DVA of @cryosparc, we were able to image the full conformational landscape after ATP hydrolysis, and propose a function for the ABC signature motif. A big thanks to the authors and especially to my supervisors @Vincent_Chaptal and Pierre Falson!

Glad to finally share the preprint of my main PhD project on the structure and dynamics of Cdr1. Using CryoEM, we solved different structures, with antifungal drugs, showing the role of this protein in drug resistance phenotypes.
it's been a long time coming, and 2 fantastic PhD student (@AlexiaGobet and L.Moissonnier) to study the impact on ligands on the conformational spectrum of a multidrug ABC transporter. In the end, we understand how ligands trigger a cooperative ATP-binding
