@merseyrail can people with railcards claim for cancelled trains and trains that don’t get to the station required on time? I have a student staying with me and just one day out of five has she got to college on time due to cancelled/delayed trains:-(.

@merseyrail Service is slowly getting worse since you bought these new trains - you were once second best in country. Very sad to see such a decline in service -plus I notice all the signs about ‘service standards’ have been removed from the station on west Kirby!!
