Your team, instead of shipping me another unit and dealing with your shipper on the side, has now trapped me. I have to wait until you do all this investigation on your logistics? It does not involve me, what involves me is I paid for a product that never arrived, didn’t even leave the FedEx facility in CA, why am I financing this investigation? This is 💩.
