Impressed with the improvement that ‘27 @JRHSTigersHoops showed in his team’s commanding win this morning.
All of 6’5” & a lethal threat with any space beyond the arc. Showed some on-ball ability in spurts as well en route to 24PTS.
Will be a name to watch at DC Live.
S/O to Washington, D.C.'s very own @CoachTeeJohnson, as he is joining the @DelawareMBB coaching staff.
Prior to his most recent coaching stop at UMass-Lowell, he was the head coach at @JRHSTigersHoops, whom he led to a national ranking just a couple of seasons ago. He was also was a coach for @teamdurant_AAU.
Excited to announce the addition of David Johnson to round out our coaching staff! Welcome to Lowell!

2026 6’1” PG Diego Joy, Jackson-Reed (D.C.)
Chipped in 16 pts, 4 reb, plus a handful of assists + steals in a tight 52-51 win over Notre Dame (Conn.). The 6-1 rising senior played with toughness and high IQ, staying active on both ends, attacking downhill, and finishing through contact. A current D2 prospect with room to rise, Joy saw the court well and was in constant hustle mode all game.

Lane Mahan, a 6’5” guard from the 2027 class, put together a strong performance for Jackson-Reed against Oak Ridge at DC Live, scoring 24 points and knocking down seven three-pointers. He got into a rhythm early and consistently found ways to get open and hit shots from deep. Late in the game, Mahan buried back-to-back threes to help seal the win, showing poise and the ability to step up in big moments. His shooting gave Jackson-Reed a steady offensive lift and kept the defense stretched throughout.

What a FINISH.
Antwan Williams hits a FT to push the OLMC lead to 2 under 10 seconds but Diego Joy races it the length of the floor and finds Dawit Abraham for the game-winning 3 here to close out the 🏆 game here at @TheHuddle_Brand Summer Madness
S/O to Washington, DC’s very own @CoachTeeJohnson on his new appointment as an assistant coach at @RiverHawkMBB. For those that don’t know him, he was the head coach at @JRHSTigersHoops & led them to national prominence in recent years. He was also a coach in the @teamdurant_AAU organization, as well. Look out for him on the college scene this season.
