@RealMarkLatham@JubileeStadium What a team. What a forward pack, lead by Provan and kandos Ryan. Has there ever been a harder man than Ryan? Had the pleasure to meet him in his chambers in Philip St a few years ago. Wanted him to autograph my book Never Before Never Again. Called his secretary, yes no problem
@AndrewNJHawkins The horse that the vets said was 2/5 lame on Feb 21 won convincingly 6 days later at Canterburyβ¦probably explains why he was a little upset.
@PhilGould15 Thought it was just okay. Not sure that there was much in reserve but Overpass is a better than average sprinter. Think there is definitely improvement to come fitness wise. But is definitely under the odds at 1.50, too short for mine. Everest will be his toughest test for sure.
@snowyclark Will be hard for RV to make a decision whether or not to re license him given the focus on animal welfare these days and fit and proper person test.
@J_Walter23 I think itβs correct decision.
To my eye the outside horse is going to win until inside horse shifts out and makes contact.
If you look at the side on the outside horse has momentum until the contact.
@kategoodrich If a trainer made that comment here, they might get asked for a please explain by the stewards.
Not sure what the rule is over there but I think here a horse must be presented fit and properly conditioned..
