Wrongly we trusted Loblaws quality control. We picked up an order from our local Loblaws via pc express.

The Arugula & Spinach. was well within the best before date, but any casual visual check would have shown that it was rotten.

Disappointing!

Again @Rogers fail to be consistent in pricing - I need to warn people. Internet & Cable currently cost us $149. Some loyalty bonuses are ending & 2 people quoted 171, a 3rd more senior person quoted 176 as final price 1 hour later. Rogers - Clearly not trustworthy -Beware!

As promised I said I would report back on how @HomeDepotCanada handled their mistake.
In two words "Very Well" - They acknowledged and owned the problem, applied different resources to rectify it and then double checked.

@HomeDepotCanada Not altogether reaching out. The background is - errors on the 1st delivery attempt; costs refunded; So far so good. A mistake & a potential remedy.

2nd attempt was truly horrible on many levels. Total failure & unpleasant. Awaiting response from HD - 48 hours left.#0216686862

Mistakes happen. One measure of anyone or any company is how mistakes are dealt with. @HomeDepotCanada has one last attempt to rectify a mistake of one of their delivery partners. Either way I’ll report back, as it will reveal something!
