@JetBlue 2 hours on with customer service, holding 75 min to speak with a supervisor...just told at least 90 min wait to speak with one. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. At least the customer service rep is getting paid to sit and wait on hold with me.

@Hertz first time last time customer. Horrible experience. I paid for "prestige collection" yesterday. I received a car that in less than 24 hours has a coolant level issue. So glad I paid for a car that coud over heat one day into my trip or drive 1.5 hour to get a replacement.
