@USVeteranMitch That is just utter garbage. Afraid of the American Flag? C'mon. Then by all means, you can move somewhere with a flag you aren't scared of. The flag does not mean white supremacy.
@BasicBaptistGuy@ThoughtfulSaint That literally does not answer the question. Which of the 45k churches is the one I should be practicing at? After all, I don't want to practice and then go to hell anyway. 45k pastors all teaching different things to get paid sounds like the verse you shared. Whoops.
@josephpmbrtn Over the past week, Christian's on X have made me extremely grateful I'm not a mainstream creedal Christian. I'm reminded of the verse in Matt. 15:8. I'm fearful for them that they will reject Christ when He comes again because they won't recognize him.
@Apologetics941 Oh no... You really got us there. What a horrible interpretation. No way that God outsmarted Satan. That's demon doctrine. Lol. Great take bro.
No.
I have spent many hours now with LDS and they have a much better understanding of Jesus than people of most Christian denominations.
Yes, we differ in the details in some critical ways, but these people live by the gospel, - keep Christ's commandments, live out the gospel in their everyday lives, and I will not stand for this Pharisaic obsession with minutia.
@emuse1955 You don't care to mention why he's shooting back, or who started it, or the fact that this isn't in some street, with them hiding behind cars... they are in a jail cell, with nowhere to go, being killed by a mob with no protection from the US or state Govt.
@emuse1955 You just can't see through your bias. If a Catholic Priest, or the Pope was put into jail and smuggled in a gun to protect his friends and brother, and a mob came into that jail cell with guns and rifles killing the Pope and his brother... you wouldn't call it a shootout.
@NYerinLV@realDrTT No I think that is exactly the point. Lot's of time and energy on the LDS faith, but can't be bothered to deal with the issues that exist in your own backyard.
@EvidenceOfFaith@justin_hart one stint as bishop is usually 6 - 7 years MAX. let's say he served three separate times as bishop... still wouldn't be 20 years, and I don't know anyone personally that has been bishop more than twice. How can we take anything else as truth with that big lie in the post.
@Nick_The_Hat@Manhattva you literally came on here to a video of people acting like Christ, and said, "bUt MuH dOcTrInE". Have you ever heard of Pharisees?
@Manhattva I love this so much... that's who we are. We show up when you are down, when you need to be lifted up - we are there. We show up over and over and over. If that isn't Christian, then I'm good not being "Christian"... I'm whatever this is where we take care of each other.
