“Flopping has been a conversation..
There’s a difference between selling a call, exaggeration, and a true flop..
Officials can be fooled sometimes but our officiating is incredible” ~ Adam Silver

Jaylen Brown took a Boston Celtics team expected to finish .500 (at best) to the No. 2 seed in the East by scoring the 3rd most points in the NBA. He averaged 28.7 points, 6.9 rebounds, and 5.1 assists per game. Brown played more defense than nearly any star in the league. He also qualified for the 65-game minimum (71), unlike two players who appealed and finished above him in the MVP voting. However, none of this was enough for JB to make All-NBA 1st Team. The Celtics star settled for 2nd Team, which is still a great honor but seems like a snub.

☘️All-NBA 2nd Team
☘️6th in MVP voting
☘️1st Celtic to ever lead the NBA in total FGM
☘️5th Celtic to record 35 30-point games in a season
☘️Climbed to 10th in Celtics all-time scoring
☘️Became the 15th Celtic to play 10+ seasons
A new career year for Jaylen Brown👏
The NBA created a 65 game minimum for postseason awards, then turned around and bent the rules for Luka and Cade so they could both make 1st Team All-NBA.
If the league isn’t going to enforce its own standards, then get rid of the rule altogether.
As a Celtics fan, watching Jaylen Brown lose out on 1st Team because the NBA moved the goalposts is ridiculous.
Did Richard Jefferson just say they HAVE NOT been calling that shoulder/push off all playoffs? Did he see what they did to @FCHWPO in the first round? #NBAPlayoffs
#AlwaysKnicks shoot 10 FTs in the first. #LetEmKnow nearly in the bonus with 9 mins left in the 2nd. Damn does #NBA officiating suck when this was predictable.
.@nba skip fines and just suspended egregious floppers like all of the Thunder roster for a game. And also fix that stupid system where a team wins two challenges and then has no more. Especially when a team has to use challenges because of officiating ineptitude.
Congratulations to the finalists. Each is deserving of the nomination given their work. As a member of the (Greater) Boston community, I've had the privilege to see the work and impact @FCHWPO has had in Boston and the entire NE region. Would love to see him recognized. ☘️
