**BIG UPDATE** - Play Finder
Can now view highlights of various players directly on the site by various box score stats, shot types, and shot zones etc.
Video is pretty self explanatory for a lot of the use cases but few things i want to call out:
- Can filter tape by specific opponents
- Press "select clips" to add multiple clips to a playlist at once
- To see a players buckets assisted by a specific person: Go into shot detail, select "assisted" and a dropdown will open
- Film goes to 2014-15 season
Feel free to ask any other questions, bit of an experiment at the moment but theres a feedback button in the top right to do just that

This is “Hoopology” - I’ve rebranded my twitter to be a lil more personal. I appreciate yall for getting me to almost 12k now🙏🏾 not too long ago I was under everyone replies posting scatterplots lol
My content isn’t going to change a whole lot, but I will be posting more about the NFL on here and probably the occasional “personal post”, but this is for sure staying as primarily a hoops page.
I’ve already started expressing more personal opinions on here and making YouTube vids etc, so didn’t make a lot of sense keeping a kind of anonymous and non biased brand.

Cade saw Keyonte guarding him and called the iso immediatley😂 Waved Ron Holland out the corner before he even got to half lol
Making a Keyonte video today, and hoping he can become at least an avg defender... just too hard to win with a liability on that end in todays nba. Just be average! Love the offensive growth from him in just 3 years
Saying SGA's game is limited to "drives & mid range pullups" feels way too general/high level.
- "Drives" can mean a lot of different things in terms of what the actual resulting shot was.
- Also wonder how he would compare this to other players scoring style. Every player has a general way they like to score the ball
This is like saying KDs lack of variety hurts him because all he does is take pull up jumpers, or all lebron does is drive
I don't know just feels like too "high level" of a claim to make.
We talking about a player who just had one of the best guard scoring seasons ever, who had a few rough games in a series, but also was without the #2 and 3 creators on the team.
Still gave it his all in G7 and dropped 35 too
Like calling this a limiting playstyle because its just "drives and pull up middies" is almost intentionally trying to give him the least credit possible, even tho its technically right as a generalization (vid reference below)

Jason Timpf ranks Shai No. 3 in the NBA and compares his playoff struggles to James Harden's, saying the lack of variety in his game makes him predictable and easier to gameplan for once you take away what he does best.
Do you agree with this take?

On a positive note, he is one of the most efficient spot up shooting guards in the nba.
Up there with Buddy hield, duncan rob, isaiah joe. Didnt realize he shot this well off the ball

What players last year do you think had the best season they’ll ever have (think of it as hitting their peak).
Not saying they’ll completely fall off but we’ll see a slight regression from here on out in their career
The most significant List’d update yet is live.

- Brandon Ingram is 29
- The other "future piece" is Gradey Dick who was hardly playing
Saying they traded "all their young pieces", and that their future is with the clippers now, is definitely something😂
Still have Scottie, CMB, Shead, Walter, IQ, RJ...
Just a generally incorrect take
Gilbert Arenas on the Toronto Raptors trading away their young pieces for a 35 year old Kawhi Leonard:
"The future of your team is at the Clippers now. You got [Kawhi] for a year or two and then he’s gone. Now what you got? Nothing. I thought he came here, added with those guys, he can teach those guys how to be great, and they can move on. But the fact that you got rid of three or four young people that’s gonna build with Scottie Barnes, that’s gonna move the needle together, to bring a 35 year old."

Gordon Hayward vs Miami Jan 28 2020
29 Pts
10/14 FG
8/10 FTs (not shown)
Had such a simple way of scoring. Never did too much + i love the slow step finishes
Lot of people forget how good Hayward looked this year. Very efficient scoring season and complimented Tatum and Brown well with his ability to score off the ball and in transition.
Got hurt in the first game of the postseason and didn't come back the same. Just unfortunate injuries in his career

Video is up! Would appreciate a view, some feedback and of course a sub if you wanna see more. I plan on re-recording some of my old ones but I'd also appreciate any suggestions on other player seasons you want to see highlighted!
