@optimum @OptimumHelp @AlticeUSA how many days should a fiber upgrade customer be down. How many DSTX tickets before the issue is resolved. How many new modems. 10 days no internet/TV. 4 DSTX tickets. 3 closed 4th no update since 12-19 day it was open, 3 modems. Not acceptable.

@optimum hahah 99.9% reliability. Thats a laugh. So my 7 day old fiber connection is averaging 4 internet outages per hour on my 3rd modem, 4th DSTX ticket and 6 techs (inside and outside) later with ZERO answers about what the problem is.
