@Devsthetix The muscles won't be able to tell. Keep the focus on how you're moving the weight and not weather it's a machine or free weight. Hypertrophy is obtainable using either.
@FitnessEmpiree The back is tough to build. 90% of lifters inside commercial gyms are lifting way to heavy with back movements. This brings the biceps and even the legs sometimes into play too much. The stretch is key, really focus on opening up the body and then squeezing. Straps are a must.
@kharma_7@Supertanker2020 Flip the script on this one. The training days should feel punishing. Heavy resistance training at or close to failure progressively overloading and lengthening the muscles. The rest days should feel relaxing.
@3DVision11@micheal_ws18 Put your feet up on the bench, what an incredible movement. Try it with your flat dumbbell presses as well. Changes the entire excersise; for the better.
@micheal_ws18 Hitting quads before hamstrings? I go the opposite way. I like to have the hamstrings warmed and pumped prior to any heavy pressing movement. Smith machine squats towards or at the end. This will keep the ego in check.
