The emergency call centre is actually a separate company to SHA who don’t have adequate instructions to assist residents. Residents having to wash at friends/family’s or book hotels. Service charge refund I hope!

@SHGcustomers Spoke to a plumber that SHG sent over. Apparently it’s because a fire alarm has been triggered and cut off the communal boiler. He can’t access the fire panel to turn off the alarm. Sounds like an easy fix?
