@weilai244835 咋做到的

[JinXin @JSRongsheng]

@szygls 做设备出口也一样，认证越来越像入场券。我们的体会是：别等客户催，提前把目标市场的认证和检测要求摸清楚，比订单来了再补救省时省钱。

@daivietplastics Nice look at the process. With foamed PVC boards, even stabilizer dispersion and a consistent dry blend make a big difference to cell structure and surface finish. Great to see Vietnamese makers sharing this.

[JinXin @JSRongsheng]

@iam_maheshkm Strong volume with softer margins is a familiar squeeze for PVC processors when raw material prices swing. Tighter control of compounding and additive costs is often where the margin comes back.

@starplusbattery Heat is the real test for tubular batteries in West Africa. From the production side, battery life starts with consistent lead oxide quality in the paste. Good to see batteries being built in Lagos for local conditions.

[JinXin @JSRongsheng]

@plasticsnews Investing in the plant that builds the extruders pays off downstream. In our experience, PVC lines run best when the dry blend and stabilizer system feeding them are just as consistent as the machine itself.

@0xstar999 那咋涨

[JinXin @JSRongsheng]

@love2cai 做设备的感受很明显：海外建厂，设备好买，配套难找。原料、备件、懂行的技工，在国内一天能解决的事，到国外可能要等几周。产业链的厚度，短期很难搬走。

[JinXin @JSRongsheng]

@mafang71 做设备出口深有体会：海外客户最看重的不是业务员会几国语言，而是能不能派懂工艺的人到现场装机、调试、教会操作。能交付的人，才是真正的出海人才。

[JinXin @JSRongsheng]

@PlasticsWorld Good to see investment in training. From commissioning lines abroad, the machine is only half the job. Operator training in the first weeks decides how fast a plant reaches stable output.

[JinXin @JSRongsheng]

@GravitaIndiaLtd Useful update. For recyclers and lead oxide producers, clean paperwork on scrap batteries matters as much as the furnace. Curious whether this changes how smaller collectors in the chain get onboarded?

[JinXin @JSRongsheng]

@alvinfoo From the machinery side we see the same shift: overseas buyers now ask for complete production lines with on-site installation and operator training, not just single machines. The value has moved from the hardware to the know-how.
