Is Hon. John Musila justified in calling on Ugandans to turn against South Africans and their businesses in Uganda over the reported attacks on Ugandans in South Africa, including the murder of his nephew? Or does such rhetoric risk fueling retaliation against innocent people and businesses with no connection to those crimes?

@nssfug I opened up my #smartlife account today. I am already discouraged by the charges....I will deposit any more money until this issue of high charges is resolved. It's a nice program but the charges involved are a total bottleneck.
