I was met with aggression and asked to pay a “penalty” fee to be able to board the next flight! In what name? What about the integrity n respect of the customer that has already paid a fortune and has checked in 1.5 hrs in advance I will escalate this to higher forums.

@AkasaAir has given me a nightmare by not allowing me to board despite me checking 1.5 hrs in advance coz of a highly hostile ground staff! Instead of helping me board they wasted time arguing!! All of this at Bangalore airport at 2:55 AM why did I pay a fortune,to be ridiculed??

I was bound for a flight to Bombay timed at 3:25 AM. I was at the gate at 2:55 AM and was asked to go back because of the incompetency. I know of airlines like indigo, vistara who would call you if you have checked in at the airport.
