Someone asked if I was ready for the fall and it took me a second to realize they meant autumn and not the total collapse of society.

I’m not an AI doomer, but my firsthand experience dating back to 2020 is that the researchers expressing concerns are sincere.

The closer they are to the research, the more worried they seem to be.

I have never seen anything like the amount of star power I just witnessed in the Domincan Republic dugout over the last 5 minutes.

While David Ortiz sat on his phone, Fernando Tatis Sr talked to Junior Caminero, while Manny Machado and Vladimir Guerrero Jr walked by, followed by Juan Soto, followed by Pedro Martinez... then Albert Pujols

Time kills deals. So do egos.

Forget the last $25K.

If the deal works, take the win and move on.

I’d rather close and do three more deals while the competition spends six months fighting for that last penny.

Being pennywise is a massive blind spot.

And it’s very expensive.

JUST IN: Deutsche Bank will take a $350 million loss on a New York City office building they bought in 2014.

Deutsche Bank is reportedly selling the office after their anchor tenant, Bank of America, left.

In 2014, Deutsche Bank bought the building for $500 million.

The office is just 31% occupied after the recent loss of their anchor tenant.

This comes at the same time that WeWork plans to break leases on 70 properties in NYC due to bankruptcy.

Commercial real estate is getting worse.
