Envisioning the online delivery of common municipal citizen services in the country under National Urban Digital Mission, a tripartite MoU was signed between the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, the Government of Maharashtra, and NIUA.

As I reflect on the Mission's 7 year journey, am filled with great pride, satisfaction, hope, and humility. Am sure all of us feel that we were never in the business of implementing just another government program.
