Sexual harassment is a serious offense and should never be tolerated in any organization. However, shielding the alleged perpetrator while simultaneously subjecting the entire UGM party to trial in the court of public opinion, without first pursuing the established criminal justice process, comes across as more of a smear campaign than a quest for justice.

I am genuinely sorry for what you went through. That said, I would respectfully encourage you to make use of the criminal justice system and the appropriate legal channels available. As it stands, the thread is largely one-sided, lacks sufficient detail, and leaves many questions unanswered.

If a crime was committed, the courts and relevant investigative authorities are the proper forums to establish the facts, determine responsibility, and ensure accountability.
