It just doesn’t really fit in with the rest of the strategy and is completely arbitrary in terms of how you’d measure success.
I’m curious to see what incentives franchisees have to change and enforce this behavior. I also don’t think any of the people that stopped going to McDonald’s did so because of the lack of hospitality.
@codyplof Did this for coding with individual agents dedicated to design/UX, development, security - all led by an agent managing the entire project.
I think it served me well, but I found that I needed to ensure all agents had the same context - siloed conversations created challenges.
@Schornack Yeah, they’re typically in the mid single digits. I have never understood why furniture companies exclusively push the credit card financing route vs. other financing mechanisms like BNPL. Who needs a Schneiderman’s credit card?
@natelagos Almost everything comes assembled with the exception of a few dining table legs.
We’ve also got white glove delivery with two guys that’ll put it wherever you want it to go and take the packaging with them.
@_phoenixha Used them enough personally and seen enough engagement from ours to make it a no-brainer. Our product has a much different shopping pattern than grocery though.
Today, we opened our first full Yardbird showroom experience inside of a @BestBuy store in Eden Prairie MN.
We have more than 3,000 square feet for customers to experience the entire Yardbird assortment and work directly with a designer to create the perfect outdoor space.
Beginning next week, we’ll expand our presence to additional Best Buy locations in Chicago and Denver with more to come this summer.
