I know this will come across as insensitive, but we need a real conversation about front line female police officers / infanteers.

She shot a civilian and then ran away when the gunman came at her.

She abandoned her injured partner.

This is similar to what happened with female officers at the Bondi Beach massacre.

Everyone has a fight or flight, but can we at least inquire as to whether women are more prone to flight? Because if so, it’s exceptionally dangerous to civilians and other officers.
