@BjjTip I’ll get my 3rd degree in February. I can’t say I’m better after 9 years at black belt but I know I’m much wiser and don’t think they are useless in that regard. It’s a matter of recognition and time in. If I was at my current rank and younger I’d be better than I was.

@__sheeks It happens more often than you’d think. Even as a black belt for almost 9 years now I still get there. All I can suggest is take a small break and then work up to training 1 to 2 times a week and focus on something specific when you roll. Hope you get through it. Seen a lot quit
