@PopBase Wondering how many of the people piling on here mask or even think about infecting others in their daily lives. I'd guess not very many. I'd love to be wrong about that tho, since being high risk for covid is a very isolating way of life these days.

@MrsRieB I learned this in the middle of the USA as a kid in the 1970s! Admittedly I am of significantly UK ancestry, so maybe it's older than we think if my grandmother got it from her grandmother but that'd be 1700s......

@newyorkshitty @leahfrombklyn Yeah. I was reading earlier how many people in their 30s and even 20s are having to caregive now b/c ppl are having kids later and living so much longer.

Guess I should be glad I didn't have to shoulder caregiving till my 40s. Just wish I had known I'd have to leave my career.
