The ONS Census 2021 explicitly records Black people identifying as English, Welsh, Scottish, Northern Irish and British - including categories such as “Black African: English”, “Black African: Scottish” and “Black African: Welsh.” These are people who were BORN and RAISED in the UK for at least 5 Generations.

Scotland’s own census has an “African, Scottish African or British African” category and a “Black Scottish or Other Black” category.

And Ireland’s 2022 Census records 67,546 people as Black or Black-Irish – African, plus thousands more in its other Black category.

So no - being English, Scottish, Welsh or Irish does not automatically make someone white. National identity and ethnicity are two different things. The census literally says so, if you’re not too retarded to read it.
