Russian tanker port data. At Ust-Luga oil product shipments were adjusted downward by 40% and crude oil to 1,5 million bpd. For this week oil shipments high at 1,4 million bpd. Oil products remain low at 0,24 million bdp and LPG shipments are the normal volume.

In St Petersburg companies that supply groceries retailers are sending letters to said retailers that they can no longer ensure timely delivery of goods due to the fuel shortage and are asking not to be penalized for this breach of contract. Supply of food will be impacted.

21 civilians, including 8 women and 13 men, were injured as a result of a Russian guided aerial bomb strike on infrastructure in Sumy.
2 of the injured have been hospitalised, 14 are undergoing medical examinations, 4 are receiving outpatient treatment, and 1 person received on-site assistance.

FPV drones struck two public buses in Zaporizhzhia city.
In the first bus, two men and a woman were killed and seven more were wounded, including a 7-year-old boy.
In the second bus, seven civilians were wounded, including two girls aged 14 and 16, and five adults aged 23 to 64.

On 24 June, Russian forces launched a ballistic missile strike on Novopetrivka, Kherson Oblast, killing two employees of the humanitarian organisation Norwegian People's Aid (NPA), including 24-year-old and 25-year-old demining specialists and wounding four other specialists from the organisation.

Russian forces conducted a massive UAV attack targeting civilian shipping in the Black Sea, specifically vessels heading to ports in Odesa Oblast.
As a result, a Panamanian-flagged dry cargo vessel was damaged and caught fire. The crew was evacuated, and a crew member, an Egyptian citizen who was a cook, was killed in the attack.
Two more vessels, sailing under the flags of Belize and Palau, were also struck without casualties.

In case people think Belarus is doing Russia a favor by sending gasoline, the prices they are asking for are 111 000 rubles per ton of Ai-92 gasoline and 124 000 rubles per ton for Ai-95 and this is on SPIMEX. However it's lower than off SPIMEX Russian prices now.
