Sadly, we'll probably only realise this when it's too late.

@rebeccabutlerm2 @Ryanair I think it's the word happily people object to. Things can be legal and in your commercial interests (eg water companies discharging sewage into rivers in some circumstances) but that doesn't mean you do them happily
