Tonight, the Freshman Boys Baseball team concluded their 3 game series against Hudsonville with a nail-biting 5-4 win, as well as winning the overall series with 2 wins! The boys are now 2-2 on the season, and will play Thornapple Kellogg and Rockford next week. @BaseballJenison

Special shout out goes to @Madison66400692 for reaching perfection tonight in the final game of the season! Madison was fantastic tonight on the bump throwing a perfect game while striking out 7 batters. The defense behind him was outstanding as well!⚾️

Crazy that the season came to end tonight. So incredibly proud of these young men and what we were able to accomplish as a team this spring. It was awesome watching us improve throughout the season and compete every single day! The Squad finished the season 24-4-1⚾️

Last practice today for the Squad! It was spent supporting the JV squad for their home games and some team bonding. This group of young men have put in a ton of work this spring and it’s been awesome to watch us improve. Let’s finish these last four games of the season strong⚾️

8 different batters contributed with hits on offense with Ian Perrin and Camden Duval each with a double. Camden Duval, Spencer Betts, and Brendan Michael each had 2 hits. Overall it was a huge team win! The Squad will look to keep it rolling with many games to play this week⚾️

The Squad beat a good Hudsonville team 11-4 on Monday. The game was tied 4-4 after 5 innings. We scored 2 runs in the 6th and broke it open in the 7th scoring 5 more runs. The star of the game was Josh Huene who pitched a complete, 7 inning game striking out 10 and only walking 2
